Sensining-Ecker House: 207 Main Street

New Windsor Museum

Better known now as the home of the New Windsor Museum, this propertry was Lot #9, sold ot Daniel KIler, a joiner, in 1801. He sold it less than two yers later to John Sensining, who in turn sold it to Samuel Ecker in 1837. After Ecker's death in 1856, his widow, Susannah lived there and apparently ran a store at some point on the property.
